Cancellation Policy - James Earls Course

All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit and EXCLUDE 6% GST where applicable. All registration must be accompanied by a deposit of RM 1500/ course which includes a non-refundable administration fee of RM200, will be collected. Course fees include printed lecture notes, workbook & International Certificate for each course.

Cancellation Policy:

If the participant withdraws or cancels his/her registration:

1. More than 1 month prior to the course commencement, a full course fee after deducted the administration fee will be refunded. Or the participant can choose to transfer the course fee to another course with the same price or lesser, and top up the difference if the other course fee is higher.
2. Less than 1 month prior to the course commencement, no refund will be given .

Cancellation Right By Organiser:

We reserve the right to cancel the courses due to low enrolment, illness or other unforeseen circumstances that is out of control. In the event of cancellation, fees paid will be fully refunded or transferable to a future course depends on the choice of participants.
